Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Dumpy iOS app ("Dumpy"), published by Applax Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using Dumpy you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") also applies. If these terms and the Apple EULA differ, these terms apply where the law allows.
1. The app
Dumpy picks good photos from your library and makes photo dumps you can save or share. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dumpy on Apple devices you own or control.
2. Your photos and your dumps
Your photos and the dumps made from them belong to you. Dumpy processes them on your device and does not upload them to us. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it, including photos of other people.
3. Dumpy Pro subscriptions
- Dumpy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you start one.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it turns into a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription, where this applies.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Dumpy to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, or to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
5. Other apps
When you share to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messages or other apps, their own terms apply. We are not responsible for those services.
6. No warranty
Dumpy is provided "as is". We work hard to pick your best photos, but we do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free or that it will pick every photo you like.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Keep your own backups of your photos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending
We may update Dumpy and these terms. If we make an important change, we will update the date above. You may stop using Dumpy at any time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
